Mom Cooking Tip 24

To make a quick dessert pie crust, mix 1/2 15-ounce package crushed, cream-filled cookies with 1 tablespoon melted butter and press into a pie pan. Bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.

To me, becoming a food expert meant spending lots of time in the kitchen getting meals ready for my friends and family. When my children were small, I had the time to experiment.
