Shrimp Risotto |
Shrimp can be an expensive ingredient, so consider
slicing them in half lengthwise.
That way
you seemingly double the amount of shrimp you are using.
This trick works especially well with large
shrimp.
Cut them after they’re cooked,
rather than when they are raw, if possible, because it’s easier.
